Everybody should deserve a positive review. I would positively not use this person if I had a choice, even if my life depended on it. In all of my life this person has been one of the worst experiences. He is not a honest and trustworthy person . He will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. I have had to deal with him for the last two years and nothing positive has come from it. If you meet him and your spider sense goes off, trust your gut and stay away from this person at all cost. The are much better people on this earth to deal with. The system is broken and there is no one to manage the corruptness of a case manager and no one to speak up for the people that are subject to his abuse of the system. Walt P.
