Claudia is rude as can be. I have called previously to get help on my payment once before without an issue and Claudia must have been in a mood already because she was rude and didn’t help me with a single thing. I also asked her to let me talk to someone else or a supervisor and she refused. I called her a b after the fact that she was rude and refused to help me but she deserved that and idk how the hell you all hire ppl like her. I work for an office and I could never. Terrible service your office is literally hiring ignorant and useless employees.

If I could give no stars I would. A payment was made by an employee on September 5th was told that the court would receive notice of payment with in 24-48 hours. Money was drafted from the that account same day. Upon further communication with the office that money they drafted would not be sent to the court until September 15th. Today is September 18th and there has been no record of receipt. Again a phone call to this office and response was it was sent electronically. So after many calls to state representatives and senators …I guess these debt collection people are above any laws. Meanwhile the company who employs this individual is losing money (thousands of dollars) everyday as he isn’t able
To work until License is reinstated(this was a result of a former company not paying a fine that was incurred during their time of employing this individual) going forward this employee has a family to feed and it has cost them deeply. Who is to blame ? Well I’d say the former employer 1st .. 2nd the employee should have not assumed they would do what they said they did. Those things aside holding money and not paying the place that hired
You to collect their debt is beyond wrong — the 9- 10 business days in an electronic world is ridiculous. So I have to imagine that Butler and sons should be investigated for holding funds collecting interest on money that was paid to settle a debt should be a priority. This individual has done their due diligence upon finding out that the debt had not been paid and the debt collectors are profiting off of that. I cringe to think of how many people this has happened to.

McKenzie was very rude would not let me ask any of my questions I had and just kept trying to over talk me. I am not sure what their customer service is supposed to be like but she was terrible to the out I will just have to show up in person to figure out things.
