The “receptionist” is super rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t do her job- which is to identify issues and perform comprehensive intakes. Don’t bother!

Great in the beginning. I’m with them for 4 more years of my chapter 13 and I can’t get a call back or reply to a message on their portal.

Awful communication. Can never get anyone on the phone, and if you do get through to a receptionist, they’ll just take a message, but nobody will ever call you back. Used them in 2017, I do not recommend.

They really have helped me out

I called Mack & Associates to handle some probate work when my father passed away. I spoke to the paralegal and was advised 1st appointment was 10 days away. I'm from out of town, but decided that I would take the appointment because I had a lot on my plate and just needed to get this resolved. I had a 10 am appointment for which the paralegal confirmed the day before. I blocked my calendar because I knew that this time was valuable to both myself and the firm. After 20 min and no call, I emailed the paralegal to see if there was an issue. I didn't get a response. I then called the firm 90 min later and was told that the attorney can call you in 15 min. After 2 hours, still no call. If Mack & Associates was too busy and didn't want my business they could have told me from the beginning. Instead, I wasted 10 days waiting to be ignored.

I had a huge pile of receipts. They were so awesome and scanned them for me when my scanner was broken. Awesome service!! Through and through.
