Do not use for evictions if you work in property management. The most expensive in the industry and they do the bare minimum. They don’t respond to emails. They made a mistake on an eviction and it took them 4 months to realize it and then they emailed me putting it back on my plate. High turnover rate in their office so someone different is tending to your files every month. Horrible experience. Edit in response to Julie’s response: not a lawyer lying and gaslighting in their response. Shocking.

Do not use to handle evictions. Excessive billings. When case is over they will continue to email you to try and rack up fees. Other outfits out there in the area don't get stuck with this one. Beware!

Need to represent tenants and not just rich property owners

Very Disrespectful over phone, to some one trying to get answers , and you can't even put me on the phone with some one. Say I'm rude when you were and hung up on me. Horrible Job

They only help landlords with eviction not the tenant. That is sad.

Professional and diligent

Tried to get them to help me with a case and filled out all the forms that they gave me. They barely responded back and no refuse to help me despite barely even doing anything to help me. EDIT: they decided to respond to this review by acting like I wasn't being professional and not contacting them properly. I emailed them from the email provided on their site, did all the paperwork they gave me and was told they'd contact me with a few days. Weeks later I still get no response so I try to message them a few times and still no response. They act unprofessional, don't give you any updates when you do as they ask and leave if you try to get them to help you. To answer the last thing they said in their response youre right you guys aren't the firm for me I need a firm that can respond to my messages and update me a firm that can act professional something you guys clearly can't do.

Continuously emailed this firm for help with an eviction, and even spoke to someone on the phone a couple of times. They led me to believe they were working on my paperwork, but it never went anywhere. Never received a response or feedback about their forms I completed & submitted. Absolutely 0 progress made, such a waste of time. Finally told them to disregard and found someone who took me seriously.

I was not happy with the representation, communication with, or quality of the advice we received on our eviction case. The firm came recommended but after six months of legal processes with, we still did not have a clear future from our attorney. We changed firms.

Even after bankruptcy this firm keeps coming after us. Previous lawyer for this landlord had to drop the case due to the home being over ran by mold and causing us 88k in hospital bills. Not professional at all.... Word SHARK comes to mind.
