I highly recommend Julie and her team. They are always available to answer any questions we may have and have done a great job handling our problem tenants. Although evictions may be in their job description it does not define who they are as people as they have gone above and beyond during this pandemic to try to get different types of assistance to the very tenants they have been hired to evict. I am proud to have them standing in our corner.

I have been a landlord for over 25 years. I have tenants that have been in the same property for over 20 years. I have also had to evict a few and I've used a number of different law firms and now I only use Anderson and Assoc. They are professinal and keep me up to date on all proceeding. With these unprecedented times there are a lot of very uncomfortable situations in our communities. I am a small business owner. My husband and I have devoted blood, sweat and tears to our investments to provide for our family. We are regular people. We have one residential rental property that we have dedicated more time than it is worth in fixing to help provide a stellar place for 2 families to live. We hope that our property will help pay for our kids education one day. We need the rent to pay the mortgage on our property. We have a tenant who has had COVID hardship. Our hearts bleed for those in need at this time. There are resources out there to help people with such needs. Our tenant has become combative and refused to show us any “proof” that he has exhausted all government assistance during his hardship. He just knows that he does not have to pay rent. We begged and provided multiple alternatives to help him get back in good standing. He refused all our offers. Our only option was to attempt eviction. We have never been in this situation. I personally was scared and FILLED with guilt. But at the end of the day we were being taken advantage of and stolen from. Anderson and Associates helped us very gently through our process. We continue to give our tenant chances, they continue to provide options for us to work out our situation. The last thing we want to do is evict anyone. But unfortunately some people are taking advantage of the government’s generosity and it is at the expense of other hard working honest people.
