I purchased the lease templates from Anderson & Associates, and an individual in the firm reviewed the final lease agreement before signing new tenants. Several months after the new lease began, one tenant filed a restraining order against the other for domestic violence and vacated the property. The other tenant informed me that they no longer had the means to pay their rent on a single income. The remaining tenant voluntarily vacated the property without the need for an eviction. The tenant informed me that their lawyer had reviewed the lease, and had found no loopholes to exploit. Based on that legal review, the tenant chose to vacate the property rather than take me to court. Anderson & Associates diligence saved me thousands of dollars in damages, lost revenue, and legal fees. Additionally, as the incident was evolving, Anderson & Associates were extremely responsive in answering my legal questions. They advised me on my options and prevented me from making costly mistakes. I am very thankful that I had their expertise.

As a Real Estate professional I have had to deal from time to time with situations that require help from an attorney.. In a perfect world all people could buy their own homes. I'm happy to help people work on their credit to be their own landlord. When someone can't and they use someone else's credit to buy th3 house and they rent the use of that home, the next ideal situation is that they treat the home in the best possible way, maintainenace and cleanliness. Unfortunately some people do not take care of property that does not belong to them. They fail to pay, fail to follow the terms of the lease or fail to take care of the property.
