I recommend Anderson & Associates without hesitation. We own many rental properties and we've worked with them for over 5 years. They've filed numerous eviction and collection actions for us and have never failed to get us a judgment. The have also collected many thousands of dollars for us that we never would have received without their help. There is no better landlord/investor law firm in the entire KC metro area!
