If I could give them 10 stars I would! Sara Zafar is an amazing person and attorney. She was literally a Godsend in our child custody case. Sara really cared about our case. She was empathetic, organized and fought for our children, as though they were her own. I would definitely recommend her and Franklin Law Firm.

I am extremely satisfied with Mr.Stang help i have not yet hire his services but as of right now he answers all my calls and when he is busy i leave a message and he always calls me back i am currently working on a family member case trying to figure things out and even though i have not yet hire Mr.Stand he is still assisting me on all he can i HIGHLY recommend him and i will be hiring him once the time comes

Through the agonizing process that I know my divorce was, she remained prompt and informative with responses to my impatient questions, and maintained that my children were the center focus of importance throughout, all with a gentle air of understanding for my position. I put my entire world in her hands and not only did she handle it in a way that my morals admire, she helped me regain my own sense of self, and my own personal roar. Something I had given up through my 14 years of marriage. I have no doubt I will be; going to this firm for everything regarding my family's legal needs, referring her to all friends who are seeking such services, and forever grateful for the way the entire experience was handled.

I was referred to Franklin Law Office by a close family member that is also an attorney. I called to schedule an appointment and Sara Zafar was happy to help and get me in, quiet quickly might I add. Even though my child case may have seemed minor to most, she was very willing to listen and fully understand what I was going through and hopped into action. Within a day she and her team had reached out to the opposing party and got communication between us directed straight to her and her team. Which was a blessing, as I am very busy throughout my workdays and don't always have the time to spend on other duties outside of work that I may have on my plate. Sara Zafar and Jennifer Leggio were always very quick to get back to me with any questions I would have about the case. Even after the case was done and finalized, they continued to help me understand anything I had questions about. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. In regard to Christine Cambell, I did not feel as though she cared about my case. The effort put into fighting for my child and are was minimal. Multiple things in the court documents are not being followed by the other party and she has offered no help. I do not recommend.

I talked to them on the phone, and Tom seemed excited about the case. It took them almost 2 weeks to send me the high-tech letter. I got them everything they wanted right away. When he sent me the contract, there were many red flags, but I went along with it anyway. They wasted 2 months of my time before finally coming back and saying that they won’t take my case. During this time, I was the one who kept calling them and reaching out to them repeatedly, and it was so hard to get a hold of them. At this point, I suspect that they work for the hospital. I don’t recommend them at all. They are horrible! On top of dealing with my loss, now I have to deal with them! Tom was not reachable after the first conversation. Madison always promised that Renee would call me back, but she never did. After 2 months of waiting for them, believing that their 4 star review was real, I thought they were honest, but they were leading me on. I really do not recommend this law firm. I brought them a solid case where my dad had a stroke and infection, and the hospital discharged him twice, and he ended up dying as a direct result of their negligence. I was willing to accept signing a bogus contract with this law firm, because I’m not doing this for the money, I’m doing it because the hospital needs to be stopped and held accountable for their actions. This case was a slam dunk. This firm refused to take it, after wasting my time and being unresponsive for too long. And now they won’t even give me a logical reason for not taking the case.

Mr. Whitehead was very helpful and professional. The process was easy and he walked me through every step and answered my many questions. Highly recommend!
