I paid him over half of what I owed, was told he would drop the hearing. Have NEVER gotten a receipt but I sure got a garnishment letter without an amount on it. Where is the money I already paid?! I have PROOF he cashed the check!

This man has NO moral ethics. I HIGHLY advise anyone who is being sued/evicted from an apartment- to FIGHT him. Chances are, you'll win. I won my evictions TWICE against him without an attorney... He's dirty!!! They knew they were wrong, in my case. I documented EVERYTHING and took it to the judge. Do not let him belittle you.
