Called to ask a question, he was EXTREMELY rude, would interrupt me then when I attempted to answer a question he said loudly... "Am I the attorney or are you?" Then when I explained the phone was cutting out he began speaking loud and slow like he was talking to someone with a low IQ. Very condescending, rude and unprofessional. I would never waste my time with him; Go to someone who will win for you.

Mr. Mank was not good at all. While my husband's lawyer we could never get him tooi answer phone calls or emails, he only went up to see him to discuss his case three times the whole seven months he was his lawyer and didn't know the case at all every time he went to see him. When court finally came he did not look professional at all and he didn't even look at the evidence before the day of court or give my husband the discovery so he could view it and absolutely refused to send any paperwork to me or keep in contact with me about the case. The motion was written without viewing the evidence and all cases that were referred to had nothing to do with his case at all. He was more concerned about getting him to take a plea than actually defending him. I do not recommend him at all!
