Robert refused to obtain even the most basic documents that could have turned the case in my favor. Robert also sent me correspondence, several emails, from ANOTHER client’s case violating the attorney client privilege. Robert also insisted on in person meetings and refused to read emails to keep me posted. This led to weeks of waiting to resolve issues. Nothing was kept secret, he used his family to complete confidential work for him, and he made no attempts to counter opposing counsel. He gets paid the same amount of money whether he wins or loses so he simply doesn’t care. Avoid at all costs!

Working with Robert was genuinely my worst experience working with an attorney, ever. I could not get him to explain the law at hand, succinctly design or execute a strategy, or provide any value added service in any way. AVOID.
