I worked with Sean. He was attentive to my concerns and listened to what I needed. Sean always made himself available if I had questions or needed something explained in greater detail. I would recommend him if you need someone to help you with any legal issues.

I used Sean and would use him again and would strongly recommend. He can’t take every case. However, if he takes your case he will be relentless on getting you justice. His knowledge and transparency was great.

He was very down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and often interjected levity into our conversations which helped ease some of my anxiety. My case had some unique challenges, but this did not dissuade Mr. McGivern from working tirelessly to ensure I was not harmed by my former employers’ actions. He was able to successfully negotiate a settlement out of court that was reasonable and fair. I am very pleased with his services, and I unequivocally recommend Mr. McGivern to anyone needing an expert in employment law. While I hope I will not have any need to, I would not hesitate to hire him again.

First thing he asked me was who is the company, took almost 5 days to respond and say he did not view as retaliation, interesting, next attorney recognized immediately, sent same docs. Lazy

Called to discuss a potential case. Was told the attorney that handled insurance claims was out and they would have them call back. They never did.

No help what's so ever was more concerned about money then helping a with a case. Found a better place with more genuine honest place. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like unwanted trash.
