I was dealing with false criminal charges against me and divorce at the same time (by the same person). Brian was to handle my divorce only. He continually complimented my ex-wife for the financial success of the business that I had been managing, which was very annoying, as though I had done nothing to contribute. Since I'm not allowed to list any specifics without a full evidence list that would be worthy of a courtroom, nor the platform to present such proof, I'll tell you what not to expect. Don't expect to be stood up for. Don't expect the opposition to be held accountable for slander, libel, or violations of court orders against you. Don't expect to accept any more than opposition's minimum offer. Don't expect a follow through on promises. Don't expect not to be judged. Don't expect someone who grasps the dangers of an ex who would go as far as filing false criminal charges against you in order to gain full control. I hope this is general enough to pass the Avvo defense squad. Thanks!
