I received a call immediately (from the lady on the front lines) who's voice seemed to bring a calmness and peace with her from the beginning. She acknowledged and was able to answer all of my questions/concerns that I had. After hanging up, literally, 30min later (beginning to end) I felt as if I was not alone in this. I highly recommend katie! She consulted mw on my case when i was in an accident and gave me great advice. I was able to get so much more covered in the accident then if I would have tried to deal with it on my own. So thankful for her! She is very helpful and so kind especially when I was so scared after getting in one.
