Definitely would never recommend this law firm to anyone!!! 16k down the hole and all I look like is an idiot because my attorney couldn’t do his job! Trusted these people to do the right thing and got judged every step I took and robbed!! Had to hire another attorney just so I could get something done with my kids! Then these people had the gall to send me another $4,000 bill for him STILL not doing his job! These people only care about racking up hours by over charging you for EVERYTHING!! I will definitely be turning them into the ethics board.

I wish to thank January Bailey, Brittany, Eden, Lori and the rest of your staff (and, of course, Mr. Eron, trustee’s Jan Hamilton and Carl B. Davis) for all of their kindness, integrity, patience, and Judiciary prowess in my Bankruptcy case. I wish to thank them for the many promptly returned phone calls, texts and emails. I know they have many cases to deal with all day long, but they took the time and were always there for me. That means a lot. They got me through the toughest time of my life.

Nice people and very professional

Amy Dewald was hired (not by my sister) to represent my sister during the process of her private adoption as the “advocate for the birth mother”. Before my sister signed the papers she started to have second thoughts and wasn’t sure she wanted to go through with the adoption. Amy told her and myself that if my sister did not sign the papers that it is protocol that DCF investigates all failed adoptions, although there was no DCF involvement prior to what she had said. We have since confirmed through emails with an adoption case worker with DCF that they do NOT investigate failed private adoptions. When my sister emailed Amy to tell her she wanted to contest the adoption and was changing her mind, Amy informed her she had removed herself from “representing” my sister and could now be called as a witness against my sister. Unethical. Will be filing a complaint with the Office of Disciplinary Administrator.

Called the Wichita area, and the guy gave me the number to the bar. He said they couldn't help me. That sucks.

January was super helpful and thorough. She explained exactly what I needed and how the process worldly work. She also answered any questions I had in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend!!

This is the place where I go to get a second and third opinion it's not cheap and if you have a lot of money these guys would be the best to call unfortunately I'm the Working Poor so I can't afford the 2800 retainer fee but if I could I would totally use them . Allegedly
