While no one really wants to find themselves in a bankruptcy situation, I'm happy we found January, David and Lori. Chapter 13 cases are confusing enough but the staff at Eron Law has managed our case professionally and proficiently. I'd highly recommend this firm for personal and business-related bankruptcy cases.

They cost us $7,500 because of a bankruptcy 101 mistake. January Bailey "handled" our case. She told us to sale an annuity and pay bills with it. This was a retirement vehicle that was not subject to the bankruptcy. The trustee after reviewing this required us pay $7, 500 to him for paying personal bills. January and her staff were hard to get a hold of and had customer service skills that were not receptive to questions on this subject and through out the process. I don't need a reply on this just the $7,500 sent back to me for a beginners mistake. Thanks for making a bad situation worse... My wife was the client and your bad decisions pulled me into the case and cost us $7,500.

Impossible, even for another attorney, to contact the attorneys working here. Automated phone leads nowhere. The attorneys let everything go to voicemail and don't return calls. Hate to think what a client has to do to get in touch with their own attorney!

Very negative experience with this law firm my son has spent a lot of money for no representation. As far as I can tell this so called firm for men’s parental rights is a joke. Ton of child support and very little time to spend with the child. A real scam!!

If you are looking for a good attorney to help you with your child support and visitation, DO NOT HIRE any attorney on this staff. We gave them a retainer and almost $3000 and they have not even bothered to get us to court or help at all. Their attorneys are worthless. They will bleed you dry, all they care about is money. Do not waste your time or money.
