If I could rate with "minus stars", I definitely would. I'm currently out of state taking care of an ill parent. I was served an eviction notice and taken t court within 3 days. We're in the middle of a pandemic, where's the courtesy?!?

Common courtesy for humanity is that too much to ask for especially when people are in time of hardship mine happened to be maternity leave. While speaking to secretary I was provided someone else's personal information I had to correct her and then was asked my name and address again that was provided at the beginning of the call. Unprofessional and dishonest.

Been using Kurt's office for 10 years for evictions. I use him as an absolute last resort if I can't make any progress with the tenants. Always a smooth easy process.
