I am a younger person who had to file chapter 7 bankruptcy a year or so ago. I was so embarrassed and I felt like a failure for making bad choices so early in my life. Norman was so nice to me. This is a team that took me from a state of fear and uncertainty to calmness and understanding. This group is efficient, kind, driven and knowledgeable - with a touch of humor at times, which made me feel at ease. These people are real. Questions were answered promptly. Communication top notch. Bankruptcy was a difficult @ embarrassing process for me. Norman Douglas was understanding and courteous. Never once was I uncomfortable in our one on one meetings or telephone conversations. His staff were professional as well. Always responded to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend them if your facing the difficult decision to file for bankruptcy.
