Bankruptcy is never an easy topic and there is a LOT of questions and its a complicated process. However, the ladies I dealt with through Milby Law were so compassionate and non-judgmental and heard me out with the situation I was in and what my options were. I never once felt like less of a person because I had to ask for help when I was talking with them and they went above and beyond to make sure I understood what they needed, what I needed to do, what I was to expect, and what was going on with my case every time I emailed/texted/called. I will never be able to thank these ladies enough for the peace they have granted me and the sleep I now have because I'm not constantly stressing about finances. I wish I could give every one of them a hug!

I have reached out to this firm multiple times regarding them trying to garnish me asking for an investigation with to my surprise, no reply back. I sent emails, I've called and NOTHNG!

Wish I could give negative stars. This unethical attorney and law firm make it their mission to ruin your life. They start with a known questionable claim, lie about service, get a default judgement then sit on it for a decade then come at you with thousand and thousands of dollars in penalties and fees you had no idea about. When reaching out to the original creditor and making a settlement on a claim we both agreed is possibly invalid anyhow - then giving Dana Milby Law specific instruction to settle at a much lower amount - she ignores it for 2 months then misleads the court and seeks full payment with garnishment orders. If you complain about her to the BAR - she retaliates and stalks you online and in courts - searching for any other cases she can take over and attach to you and try to ruin you. She is NOT working in the public good. She is NOT helping her clients settle cases and lighten the work load on the court despite being directed to do so. She only cares about her money and screwing anyone that comes in the way. In my opinion she has hurt more people than helped and has treated me with absolute disrespect. She has a severe lack of integrity. If you go to her for help before filing bankruptcy - be prepared to have that info you shared with her used against you. I went to her law firm looking for help - instead of taking me on to help she ended up using my information to attack me later. Fast forward 12 years she is still trying to harass me and attack me personally for filing a bar complaint on her. Oh and the KS BAR does nothing anyhow.. need to sue her personally for any misrepresentation or malfeasance to get the state regulators to do anything about it... We're working on a class case. She does not care about her clients needs nor the debtor - only how much she can make it seems. Her tactics are borderline unethical and abusive of the court's time. I can go on and on. If you are the victim of similar poor service or unethical behavior - contact me. I will put you in touch with our legal team and help you document and prepare a complaint to the BAR and possibly join our civil and possible criminal complaints.

Milby Law has some fantastic, super knowledgeable, polite, respectful and awesome people that work there. One of the lady’s that has been helping us the most is Eden. She is absolutely amazing, brilliant and kind!!! Eden always makes time for us when we call with questions. Eden answers all of our questions and if she doesn’t know the answer right away, then she will research it, and always calls me back with the answers and information that I need. We filed for bankruptcy and Milby Law & Staff made it totally pain free, so easy to understand and we did most of everything through email, we only had to go to Wichita once to sign paperwork in front of the Judge. We highly recommend Milby Law & Staff for your legal needs. They are a FANTASTIC team!!!

Somehow this attorney, without no previous communication by mail, phone, or served any papers, got a court order to not garnish my wages, but get directly into my checking account and draining almost everything Also this so called attorney of law, had my address of 3 plus years ago. What kind of person let alone a attorney break the law, manipulate the law, and have no respect to respond to my phone calls, messages, and emails? She has no idea the consequences of her unlawful actions has done. I hope she s not a parent, a friend, or a co worker to any. And the judge that allowed maybe herself. Way to protect the law lol. And to add to working both sides, she works with debt collectors and also claims to help people file bankruptcy? I don't know about you but i will not ever trust a greedy person who plays for both sides. Would you?????, Think before you call this person for help, apparently only helps self and own bank account🤷🏽‍♂️
