I "worked" with Drew on my case for about 7 months. He was friendly, but communication was often lacking. And it was always short vague answers. He kept giving me deadlines before we would file a lawsuit if the defense didn't respond to our demand letter by X date, but everytime the date rolled around with no response, he would just send another demand letter. From my end he never made an attempt to be aggressive with the case and really put in the effort even though I repeatedly told him let's just file suit then, it's like he ignored me. After 6 months of being led to believe he was on my side and feeling like I was being strung along, he called and canceled my case saying the case would be too hard to pursue. Why the heck did you ever accept it in the first case? Thanks for nothing Drew

This was my third or fourth time using this law firm and I was pleased with my past experiences. But this last experience I'm not happy with the firm at all. I call leave messages and don't get a return call for months on in. Then when it was time to settle me case my lawyer keep saying I had Medicaid or Medicare and that wasn't true. That healed my check even longer, but the firm have had my check for three weeks now. Then I had to call my INSURANCE company to get it clear that I didn't have a lean on my case. Then they talked to the lawyer and told him the same thing. But he was the one that brought the lien thing up in the first place. Now it's all cleared up after three weeks. Then I'm told I have to wait to get my settlement check that I don't understand at all. Because you been had the check so what's so hard about writing my check out. Was told to call back on Wednesday if I didn't hear anything. Worst experience in my life. Then while I'm waiting my cell phone get cut off, my car insurance cancelled on me, and now they talking about cutting my storage lock. This is so crazy and very unacceptable on they part

I am writing this review to share a disappointing experience with this Law office regarding my accident recovery case. Over the past year, I have encountered severe issues with their communication and responsiveness. Despite being promised regular updates on my case, I have not received any communication from my assigned lawyer unless I initiated contact. Even then, it was the legal assistant who would eventually respond, creating unnecessary delays and confusion. Moreover, the limited interaction with my lawyer has been frustrating, as I only managed to speak with them once throughout this entire process. This lack of communication has left me feeling uninformed and uncertain about the status of my case, making an already challenging situation even more distressing. I had expected a higher level of professionalism and dedication from a law office that specializes in accident recovery. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Moving forward, I hope that this team takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to their communication practices. Clients deserve transparent and consistent updates on their cases to ensure a smooth and efficient recovery process. I urge potential clients to carefully consider their options and evaluate the track record of this office before entrusting them with their legal matters.

Getting an annulment is hard enough, accepting the fact you made a horrible mistake. Pate listened took time and extra effort to help me and my many questions I had. He also comforted me and genuinely cared. All said and done he protected me and saved me from a huge headache! Thank you so so much!!
