Sean Brennan has been very compassionate to us and our case. He has been very informative and has kept us up to speed through the lengthy process. He also made sure I was properly prepared before deposition. I highly recommend Sean for anyone needing justice in their case.I have definitely learned not to ever take in insurance companies on your own, you deserve so much more than they will ever offer you.

I'm honestly not sure how I should rate the Accident Recovery Team. I was injured at work in 2017. After countless doctors, a scheduled surgery(which Worker's Comp rejected), and ongoing harrassment at my workplace, I contacted the Accident Recovery Team for help. I feel like initially, I was taken seriously. My lawyer, R. Todd King, was very professional and even offered tissues when I started crying in our initial meeting. However, things derailed a little. I was given a date for a pretrial settlement conference and almost ten minutes after it was supposed to start, a different lawyer came through the doors asking if I was ready. I had never met this man before and had no idea that I would be meeting with a different lawyer that day. Don't get me wrong, Mr Albin was great; very friendly. It did throw me off however not having a heads up. Both at this conference and multiple times beforehand, I had questioned a doctor's rating. Dr Prohaska put me on permanent, indefinite restrictions for work and then turned around and told the courts that I was at 0% impairment, perfectly fine. There was never any follow up and I was never given a reason for this. In addition, I asked for the conditions of the global release I signed to include me being eligible for rehire at my old job, and I was told months down the line(by said old job) that that was not the case. Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset about the settlement amount or the time it took to reach the decision, I'm upset with the perceived lack of communication and clarification despite multiple attempts on my part.

Sean Brennan is such a nice and caring man. I have even brought up questions unrelated to my accident and he had one of the other attorneys call me back. My case has not yet been settled but I am fully confident that he will make me whole as far as is legal:)

Accident Recovery is to best group of attorneys in Kansas when it comes to dealing with injury accidents. They have been able to answer every question I've had.

Have used accident recovery twice and Sean was wonderful! Will definitely always go to him if I need help in the future!
