Rocky handled my case extremely professional with care. My case got dropped thanks to him in my corner to where I didnt think possible! He is the man you want in your corner.

While this law firm claims to be understanding and will fight for you, they only will do so if you keep their coffers full, to the point of suggesting you take a loan out on your vehicle or get a second job, they don’t care if you become so in debt that you will still be paying for a divorce long after it’s done. Your dollar won’t go as far you would hope with this law firm versus other ones locally. The level of communication and transparency with this staff is subpar at best. If you value your time and money I would recommend you look for legal counsel else where, but if you want to over pay and have your case drawn out and given poor legal counsel, then you have found the firm for you. I would like to start by stating how grateful and blessed I was to find such a great law firm to support me through such a important time in life! All odds were against me and my family. I needed someone who would take my case seriously and put all they could into it! I found that place in this law firm. Mr.Weber and his assistants, even down to the receptionist were always there to answer my emails and calls! No matter who I spoke to they all knew me and where quick to respond and were on the same page! Which is very rare!!! They were all kind, caring and very professional! They never said “I don’t know” or pond me off to someone else! I never went without knowing what was going on. I know he has other clients but I never once felt like I wasn’t important, or went without something done! Mr. Weber was very blunt in the beginning letting me know my chances looked dim but as soon as I said understand and your hired because of his honesty and how well he prepared me for what might happen, Mr Weber and his team was on top of it, he came prepared and gave it his all. We had mix ups with court appearances due to the courts and he got it schedule for the next day!!! We had times where things tried to be brushed off and postponed until later by the opposite lawyer and he didn’t allow it and pushed back! He did everything I asked for and listen to everything I had to say and let me know if I had anything to add or needed him to know he was only a quick call away. It was true!!!! He fought hard, was prepared and quick on his feet! And guess what we won!!! My life couldn’t be better! Thank so much Weber Law Firm!

Rocky was very instrumental in helping me through a difficult legal matter recently. Rocky was always responsive and informative along the way. His knowledge and expertise made the difference in the outcome of my case. I plan to refer Rocky anytime the opportunity presents itself.

I called him and asked him how much he said $1200 to set up a trust. Great, we set a time to do a phone appointment. By the end of an hour long call it was $2100. I couldn't believe it. But I needed it set up immediately so I just said fine out of pure exhaustion. But it's just leaving a completely bitter taste in my mouth about the whole thing. It was also incredibly annoying how he wouldn't listen and kept pushing me to make the payout from my trust to just once or twice a year. I started out monthly but gave in and said quarterly and three times THREE times I had to say no I didn't want it to go any longer than quarterly. I won't be using him again for anything else. Even though there are several business matters I need a lawyer for. Do not recommend. Wow, first meeting and just extremely rude for him to remark on my appearance. I am completely regretting using him.

This office takes time to really listen to the clients needs and respond accordingly. Returns calls quickly. Takes a real interest in your case. I have already referred others to this office and they also like the service they received.

Linda Small and Michelle Robinson are the best combo anyone can ask for when needing reliability, quick responses, etc...Linda recieved awards as top 10 female attorneys in the state of Kansas. I would recommend her to anybody in need.
