First off, I would like to publicly say Thank You to everyone at Wiechman Law! Ashley Wiechman and the staff were consistent and transparent with keeping me up to date with any changes to my case. As advised through my recent attorney Rocky Wiechman, he felt it would be in my best interest moving forward to have Ashley represent me. He could not have been more correct. Ashley is my hero! I recently moved out of Kansas and was trying to maintain residential custody of my kids. My ex husband also filed for residential custody. Ashley worked on my case in her free time. She found a case similar to mine and the judge agreed to let the kids come to California with me! We still have to go to case management but it’s amazing that the judge will allow them to come here even though I left them with my ex husband. Ashley worked very hard for me!
