Mark Schoenhofer is the best attorney I've ever worked with. I was charged with serious crimes and other attorneys told me to take a plea bargain. Mark knew I was innocent and defended me in court where I was acquitted. Mark understood my situation and even allowed me to make payments for his services. I'm an innocent man with no convictions because I hired the right attorney. I tell all of my friends to use Mark Schoenhofer, you won't be disappointed.

Mark was referred to me by someone else after we spent two years struggling to get anywhere with my case by a previous lawyer. During our initial meeting Mark was asking me questions in regards to progress on my case and I didn't have the answers that I should have, because prior counsel had not achieved much. Leaving his office that day I knew that Mark would be the one to resolve things. Over the course of the next few days before I had even told Mark I was going to retain him I received a call from his office saying that Mark had already been doing some research and found some cases he thinks would be very helpful for us. Prior counsel had told us that getting a favorable result would be impossible. That I would probably just have to take my lumps, but Mark wouldn't accept that. Mark's assistant Jennifer was awesome and helped make the situation at hand as painless as possible. Any time I had questions I knew I could call and if I didn't get an answer at that time I would have one by the end of the day or at the latest the next one. Mark was honest and upfront, preferring to not sugarcoat things given the seriousness of everything, something that I appreciated at the end of the day. But at the same time he made sure that there was still hope. Mark's perseverance helped make the impossible possible. If you want results I would strongly recommend you go to Mark.

Mark is Extremely prompt. Highly Intelligent. He is a good trial lawyer. We had an issue with an employee and he was able to show fault and win the case for us. Very Fast Too.

Mark was a referral from a close friend years ago and has helped me on several different business issues over the years. He is extremely confident AND dedicated. I have not only seen Me. Schoenhofer work in court, I have refered him to my family and friends. He is one of the few attorneys that will stand up against big government and make noise. You can see all the articles where he's gone against the city county or state where he's addressed not only public corruption but people being treated unfairly. His rates are very reasonable and he works with his clients. Anybody who has been represented by him will tell you that he's a hell of an attorney. He's not afraid to utilize investigators, doctors, and other expert witnesses to ensure a successful case. Many other attorneys won't use outside resources cuz they think they're too good for that and they usually fail.

Mr. Schoenhofer will work harder and longer to win your case than any attorney I’ve ever used in the past. Even when facing 2 DUI’s in the span of a year, Mr Schoenhofer was able to have both dismissed by finding flaws and mistakes with my arrests. I know this is a unusual outcome, but I will forever be thankful to Mr. Schoenhofer, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone facing the possible consequences of a DUI. He will look at your case from every angle and like a detective he will find ways that he can help you. I could not be happier with my outcome, and all his hard work.

Took 5k retainer & never showed up for representation! Does not want to provide an itemized statement nor any contract signed. Now only wants to refund half & says he did work. Never did anything but consultation & took money. Go anywhere else but Marky

Crook!!! Took 5k retainer fee & never showed up for court for representation. Falsified itemized statement to keep money he never earned & does not want to refund peoples money. Moved family to Nevada & is taking peoples money for when he moves to Las Vegas to join his family. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Report to bar association if you experience similar issues!

Mark Schoenhofer is the worst attorney ever . Took 10 months into an active case for him to make any contact / discuss the facts . 11 months into case he then claims a conflict ( that the potential was brought up when retaining his services ) . Said conflict only arose after Mr. Schoenhofer learned the truth about a former client and in an attempt to save his personal reputation he purposely slandered me in a court filing while requesting a withdrawal as my counsel ... All of which I only found out through the local court system , not by Mr. Schoenhofer himself . This attorney appears to care more about his personal reputation than providing honest legal services . Do not waste your time or money here , even as a last resort .
