I had a case I was working to settle with Boyd. After many phone calls and emails, he would not respond. When he is in the office his receptionist will not transfer calls to him. In said case, he lied multiple times to me and the Judge on multiple occasions.

I believe Boyd is very competent, however communication has been a struggle. Several emails and calls went without a response. The lack of communication escalated the situation from not good to worse with my husband due to the lack of communication/response. I'm not sure if my case was too small for him or if he did not take me serious enough. My experience has been poor at best.

Boyd is the best! I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. It's obvious that he takes his profession very seriously along with the needs of his clients. I would highly reccomend him.

A Little Backstory: I have an existing paternity agreement prepared by a different attorney which outlines child support and parenting time. Since it was filed, there have been major changes in the other party's residence and income. I went to Mr. McPherson for an independent review to see if I should initiate a revision. My Experience: From the first phone call, I was treated with dignity and respect. The office staff were efficient and professional. I was able to secure an appointment within the week, and the fees were clearly stated to me in advance. The fee was very reasonable and affordable. Mr. McPherson arrived at the appointment fully prepared, having previously reviewed all filings related to the case. This essentially eliminated the learning curve, and allowed us to get down to my questions immediately. He is the FIRST person to explain the child support calculation worksheet in terms I understood. We worked together to run prospective numbers reflecting changes in income, related expenses such as day care and age categories. I finally understand not only how child support is calculated, but I also feel fully prepared for the future. Now for the most important part. He did all of this knowing I would likely NOT retain him at this time. Trust me, if I wanted to pursue the case, I would have retained his services immediately. But, in my case, it was best to leave everything as is for now. If/when the time comes to seek counsel again, he will be my first choice!

Boyd recently helped with an out of state referral. He has helped me multiple times in the past, and didnt hesitate in his response. He is diverse in his ability to comprehend and help in most all situations.

Boyd, has always gone above and beyond to take care of me. He has represented myself and family for years growing up . He is a very professional and respected Attorney in town and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend him for for legal advice. Once you have found someone like Boyd..... there will never be a need to find anyone else.

Mr McPherson has been on top of our case from the beginning. It is not your typical domestic case and involved court in two separate counties. He worked hard to keep our child safe.
