The experience I was confronted with, was something of a war and a few battles along its course. Insurance company was difficult about the needed medical services. The medical services required were sometimes a struggle to obtain. Appointments for medical services became difficult to obtain in a timely manner. Covid 19 was a factor obtaining services. When the treatment neared it's conclusion, the insurance company tried to put me into debt and without compensation. During the entire process the professionalism and efforts of DeVaughn James overcame all obstacles and the efforts became successful in the end. A couple teams and the enterprise of DeVaughn James are to be thanked here for our success. Attorney Andrew Geren and his paralegal assistant Tillette Stewart handled the first wave.
