My family and I were involved in a head on collision last year, less than one week before Christmas - because of a distracted driver. We were stressed to the max trying to figure out how to navigate the insurance companies, and what we were going to do. My husband called DeVaughn James and they sent someone out right away to talk with us about what our options were. There was never any pressure to proceed, just an open door and an offer of help. We decided we had nothing to lose, and hired DeVaughn James. We are so glad we did! They were available to help and answer questions, even through text message! They helped us find medical care, and our case manager, Brittany, even went above and beyond to help us out with other questions we had about our case and how it was affecting other areas of our lives. They truly have a team approach at DeVaughn James, and I feel this definitely works to their client's advantage to make sure the insurance companies are being fair. We felt that they truly wanted the best for us as their clients, and they worked hard to help us. Thank you all for being there for us, and helping relieve so much of the stress from something we never imagined we'd be dealing with!

I was referred to DeVaughn James by a coworker after I got hit by an uninsured driver. Andrew Geren and his team were SO HELPFUL! I've never been in a situation like this and was absolutely lost in what I should do or what I needed to do and they walked me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had in a very timely manner! They give you realistic expectations and really know how to get you the most money for your situation. HOPEFULLY I will never need to use them again, but if I find myself in the same situation again I will definitely be calling them again.

Great staff, very friendly and professional. My case manager Darci does a great job and always keeps me up to date.

My case was small. But to me huge! The lady ran 2 red lights and hit me and flipped my car. The amount of time it took to finish my case they should of done more for more payout. I called to check my case and some times I would never get a call back. Just bad customer service all around!! I tell people dont wast your time call them for help..
