Derik was truly great to work with. My mother was in a rough situation with my father going to the nursing home and Derik walked us through every step of the way. He was always easy to get a hold of and very prompt at responding to any questions. Derik also showed great flexibility in working with my work schedule and came by on a Sunday to get papers signed. He was able to get Medicaid filed for my father and it has been a huge blessing for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with any case involving elder law and nursing homes!
