Amazing group of people. Janie Hite is super informative and the staff makes you feel at ease. They've gone the extra mile to help even in these trying times

My apologies for the past negative review. I was having a bad day due to roommates harassing us. And bardstown city cops would not pursue charges. And we had video and audio of suspect going threw our belongings in our room while we were gone. And I bought a lock for that door and everything but that still didn't stop Mr.J.C.. So once we seen Bardstown city cops weren't taking us, us being my lady and I serious. All they said is "you will have to go to the Nelson County Attorney office to file charges". We told the officer we dont have a vehicle to do so. They said that's not their problem. So from what I could tell those two officers had been compromised to the fullest. And we felt so belittled. So we scrounge up with a little bit of money we had to pay a taxi to take us to the Nelson County attorney. And get there only to find locked doors. And a parking lot full of cars but not one single person in sight. So we tried calling. And phone kept sending us to this automated lady that was no help what so ever. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE DID NOT GET TO FILL CHARGES. BECAUSE THE ONLY THING I COULD FIGURE GOD DIDNT WANT IT TO HAPPEN. I GUESS. SO WE JUST CONTINUED TO GET OUR STUFF STOLEN AND BEING HARASSED TO THE FULLEST. I MEAN EVERYOTHER NIGJT I WAS HAVING TO CALL 911 FOR BREATHING TREATMENTS ALL BECAUSE THEY WANTED US GONE. I HAVE NEVER IN ALL MY LIFE BEEN THIS DISRESPECTED. THE OLD ME WOULD HAVE JUST WHOOPED SOME BUTT. BUR THE NEW ME TRYING THIS WHOLE DO RIGHT AND GET RIGHT DONE BACK. SO FOR THE FIRSTIME I EVER CALLED THE COPS IN MY LIFE AND IT WAS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. SO WHERE DO YOU THINK THIS SETS MY MIND ON. BUT IM NOT GONNA LET THIS UNJUSTIFIED SITUATION KEEP ME DOWN. BUT I WILL SAY I WOULD NOT DO TO MY WORST ENEMY WHAT THOSE PEOPLE DONE TO US. IM TALKING THESE PEOPLE WERE PURE EVIL. CONSTANTLY SEEMING ON MY LADY AND I. AND WE COULDN'T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE FAMILY CLOSE BY AND DIDNT HAVE MONEY BECAUSE COVID-19 MISHAPS. MY GOD HAVE MERCY ON THOSE PEOPLE'S SOULS. AND MAY GOD FIND US A BETTER PLACE TO STAY WITH BETTER PEOPLE WHO ARE LOVING AND Caring.
