I was in a terrible place after my accident and Ms Hiestand was calm and diligent in making sure everything went smoothly.
I have a lot of anxiety due to the accident and not feeling pressured and being understood was imperative for me.
The law firm is fair and reasonable, as well as easy to deal with.

Ms. Hiestand was amazing to work with. I was nervous about finding someone who would work well with my father, who is hard of hearing and can be stubborn at times. Not only did we receive a better outcome than we had hoped for, but the way her and her team handled my dad was AMAZING!
