I was facing serious charges out of State in Bowling Green Kentucky and hired Mark he was professional and always available with information. I went back to my home State and he was able to get my charges amended down from felony to misdemeanor which I am so greatful and I didn't have to go all the way back to Kentucky! I highly recommend him if you find yourself needing a criminal defense attorney!

I had a phone consultation with him. He listened and explained thoroughly what he could try to do if I hired him. Upon listening to him I knew he was the one for my case. I hired him. Since I was not from the Bowling Green area. I needed a local attorney. He took care of the behind the scenes legal work and would appear with in district court. His assistance, Michelle, was efficient emailing paperwork to sign and proceed. She was always available to take my calls. He appeared with me in court. The Judge made a point to instruct and educate me on Attorney Mark Smith . She stated I had a great lawyer. He worked and assisted me with a resolution for myself and the Simpson County District Court. I definitely recommend him for any one in The Bowling Green area and surrounding counties. Hopefully I will not need him in the future. I would choose him again if needed. To some they would not hire a lawyer for a citation. The two I received where serious matters. I did not want points taken away or have an incident on my insurance records. This was one-of-the best connections I made. He is well worth the money.
