My family and I had the worst experience here! Treated as if we didn’t matter nobody kept in contact to let us know when they had updates in our case , when I called is when I would find out. When we would actually ask a question we are looked at or talked to as if we were dumb or ignorant! We are returning clients so I did not expect this. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to come to this place! The lack of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I left a review and still no one contacted me regarding my complaint.

I can't express how thankful I am to have found Crocker Law Firm. I'd never needed to file an injury claim and so I didn't know what it entailed. I actually started with another firm but felt the lawyer did not care about my injuries, how I was treated,or the outcome. Everytime I called Crocker Law Firm I was responded to immediately. If I emailed I was responded to immediately or within the same day. All of my questions were always answered. If I didn't understand I felt comfortable saying so and would have details explained more thoroughly. My treatment every single interaction from the lawyers, assistants, and all other staff was professional, genuinely polite, and timely. I also had never seen or heard of a law firm providing such personalized heart felt treatment as they do for clients. My claim has now been settled and I am very happy with the outcome. I have nothing but great things to say about Joseph and Amy! They helped me with every step of the process with my workman’s comp claim. They pushed for things that the insurance company was taking forever to do and I ended up getting a settlement from it as well! Thank you so much for all your help and I will definitely come back to you all if I need something like that again. I will also be telling others about how great you all did!

I decided to check out Crocker law firm because I was in a car accident. Everyone is so nice and courteous. If I have questions they can answer them for me and they check on on you also to make sure I'm okay. I made the right choice!
