He spoke to us like we were human. He treated us like family. He explained every single thing. He went above and beyond I could have ever imagined. He answered even while out playing golf, on Sunday’s, holidays, every single time. He answered the same question 1000 times and never once got annoyed and agitated. He is simply amazing.
