Counselor Reed is an excellent speaker and, like most actual excellent speakers, he couples that with being an excellent listener as well; one that works to find the best possible resolution for his client.

I had a wonderful phone meeting with Mr. Reed. I live in Washington State and had a family matter going on in Kentucky and he spoke with me on the phone and gave me information and answered all of my questions. He was very grateful that I called him, but I was very grateful that he had time to speak with me in another state.
