My wife and I tried to deal with the insurance company after our accident a friend told us to call ELPO we talked to Kurt Maier and he took care of everything what had been a problem for day one he took care of only regret was we didn't call call ELPO when the accident first happened ,thanks for taking care of us .Rick Honeycutt

Kyle handled my case with such professionalism and ease. I was constantly kept informed throughout every step of the process. They began work quickly, answered all my questions, negotiated a more than satisfactory settlement, and was truly passionate about the level of service they provided.

We had just experienced a horrible car accident out of state. My mother in law who was our passenger received the worst injuries. We were tied up with her care. Talking with doctors, medicare, insurance adjusters etc. We contacted ELPO law offices and worked with Kurt and Donna over the next several months. They were a godsend of help, advice and comfort. They take care of all those people that keep calling and sending mailings. We could take care of mom and ourselves. I hope to never experience an accident again but I would truly go to ELPO law firm for my family’s wellbeing.

I had contacted this law firm for some assistance and they didn't even have enough respect to get back to me. I was completely dismissed without even an explanation. Noone ever even called or messaged me back. Pitiful in my opinion.

I was recommended to ELPO to help me with my divorce. The result was not what I wanted. My lawyer (Lindsay) seemed distracted and I'm not satisfied with the job she did. I won't go into detail because its nobody's business. Shortly after, a friend sent me this photo that apparently came from a Facebook group. That's my lawyer on the left. Doesn't seem like she's doing a good job inside or outside the court room. Would not recommend

Definitely recommend ELPO Law to anyone dealing with a personal injury case...ESPECIALLY one involving a minor. Jessica Shoulders represented us and was quick to respond, always so friendly, and did SO MUCH to get my daughter's case taken care of. Kurt couldn't have been any better. Throughout this process he never failed to keep me updated and stayed in touch with me when any new information was gained.
