Heard great things.

Why is it a law firm claims and advertises they fight for the people yet you have to talk to someone from another country that isn't even a lawyer and only listens to a small part of what happened and tells you they can't take your case without even knowing the case. What happened to being able to talk to an actual lawyer or an actual lawyer reviewing your information?

Overall my case manager has been very helpful, but the communication systems are a bit outdated and can be inconvenient when documents are sent via mail or I'm requested to taking pictures of documents via my phone to send via texting. I think a more robust system which has the capabilities of a portal where documents can be uploaded, I can see what my case manager has vs what documents I have along with a live progress timeline of some sort that easily tells me where we are in the process, and gives me tasks to do to reassures me I'm doing my part for the success of my case, would be much better. Once you've had a traumatic car accident like we did, you kind of want to move on with life yet at the same time be well informed of your case in a way you're not having to spend a day sitting at your home office sorting through medical bills to send over because you have no clue or documentation that your case manager is seeing the same bills I am. As large of a company that Morgan and Morgan is, just a little bit more robust systems that are more digital and less outdated would be recommended.

Kelsey Ellzey. Wasn’t up to par ste never returned emails not text messages as she stated she would always out the office and always took days if not week to reply . So because of her I fired Morgan and Morgan and hired another attorney office firm that would give me the information I needed as we’ll support my case with pride ..

The few times that I spoken to her she was very nice

My case mgr checks in with me monthly. With all the Dr appts and physical therapy, there's no need for anything more than that at this time.
