Rebecca Simpson recommended a Collaborative Divorce process to us, as a result the Divorce Settlement agreement lacks from a child support worksheet, medical and educational plans, visitation guidelines, religious plan, etc affecting my children for the rest of our lives. Not recommended her at all

I have had the privilege of working with Rebecca twice as a client now. I'm friends with several attorneys in town, and I have hired a few others for various things from probate, wills, etc. In 2012, I was faced with filing for divorce from my abusive husband. Rebecca helped me put everything together so I felt prepared. She helped me overcome my fears and nerves. Watching her work in court, I was in awe! My ex-husband inspired such fear in me to see him stuttering for responses left me thankful I had someone to protect me. Since then I have seen her at numerous events in town. She is a champion for children and families. She knows more about family law including domestic violence then I could ever imagine. Recently, I hired her again to help with false accusations that were made against me. She presented herself in such a professional and well prepared manner the other party dismissed all allegations as soon as she came in the room. If I need an attorney for anything in the future, she will always be my first choice. If you are looking for an attorney that will care 100% about you and your family, you will make no mistake in choosing Rebecca Simpson!
