I was third car At the red light. The light changed to Green. Halfway through the intersection, I was rear ended by the car behind me. The driver stated he looked down as he pulled out from the light, and when he pulled his head up, he was in the back of my truck.

Connie was very professional and very knowledgeable,I appreciated her letting me know everything I needed to do in the steps And follow up I'm sure that I made the right decision

I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT THIS: Connie was Polite in her mannerisms, as well as very empathetic. I found Connie's "country-girl" a cent to be both pleasant & soothing; opening me up to her kind nature, which was very much needed because the accident left me feeling attacked. If the entire Isaac's & Isaac's team is this kind & reassuring, then you're DEFINITELY a Safe place for victims of accidents, and if they're not- send them to Connie for training. HOWEVER, AFTER RECEIVING A CALL FROM TINA @ ISAACS & ISAACS THIS MORNING, I FOUND THAT CONNIE IS THE VOICE THAT THEY USE TO COAX YOU & MAKE YOU FEEL SAFE UNTIL THEY GIND OUT THAT YOUR CASE MAY NEED LITIGATION. AT WHICH TIME YOU ARE THEN MADE AWARE OF THEIR COWARDLY POLICY OF "DROP THE CASE"! IF YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY WHO WILL FIGHT FOR YOU, ISAACS & ISAACS ARE NOT THE ONES TO DO IT!!!! KEEP LOOKONG! This has been physically and mentally overwhelming experience for both my husband and I. We contacted Isaacs & Isaacs because we're not able to handle this on our own. As soon as he payment he poorly represented me and incorrectly informing me and was basically told he couldn't do nothing that I just have to except whatever I was unjustly ordered no miagarting or defending of any kind. Seems like he never remembered the actual facts of the case or it's findings with possible negatively affecting the outcome o the carulings in said ca. Vvery lazyvib3 for himself and his staff.f
