Terrible firm . SAVE YOUR TIME AND $ AND DO NOT CALL THIS FIRM. My wife was injured in a rear end collision and we hired Hughes and Coleman and it has been a nightmare to say the least . Clearly your 5 star reviews are false if you do your clients the way we have been done. The first attorney Hughes put us with was terminated after just a short time due to unknown reasons by Hughes and coleman so we wasted several hours and taking off work early to make appointments for nothing. We were put with a new attorney Sampson law and what seemed great at first only turned to speculation as this Sampson law firm seemed to fall off the face of the earth not making appointments they set up and not returning our phone calls . This went on for several months and we reached our to Hughes about this and they put us with what was supposed to be their best attorney y law firm. This law firm seemed great and seemed like we were finally in good hands and for once we felt at ease with our case that it was being handled finally after all this chaos. Just a few months in this attorney stopped accepting our phone calls and has not returned a single phone call and just Like Sampson they set up appointments to call us and we change our entire schedules to meet those times and take off work only to never get a call and upon us calling 4 times leaving vm in the past week and a half we have yet to get a call back or a explanation as to why we were thrown to the dumps as if our case means nothing. Me and my family are out alot of money due to the negligence of the at fault driver in our case and we are shocked how unprofessional Hughes and coleman has been. Upon calling our attorney today it shows call waiting which means their on a call and we left a voicemail once again and have yet to get a call back and probably won't. All we wanted was a good attorney that would get us the money we deserve and a attorney that works directly with us in doing so. Hughes and coleman is not what we expected at all and we are in shock how this company has treated us and our case. We are currently seeking out legal counsel to see what actions can be done due to the neglect of this case and actively documenting everything .
