I have to say my attorney Joe and his paralegal Kate were topnotch in handling my settlement case. Both were always available to answer questions, provided updates routinely throughout the course of my case. Really appreciated the professionalism and the respect shown towards me. I felt that my situation actually mattered they made me feel like I was more than just money in the their pockets and I really appreciate that. Hello, This past year has been one of the toughest years ever. I was in a car accident and did not want to take the route of needing an attorney, but the gentleman that hit me did not have insurance and I needed surgery , I had to make the call. I reached out to my Aunt Martha Huffman, whom had been a long time employee with Hughes and Coleman. I explained to her what all had happened and she had someone immediately reach out to me and get things moving. A few hours later an amazing lady by the name of Kate reached out to me and I instantly felt the kindness and compassion in her voice and felt some peace . Kate is truly one in a million, is about the only way I can describe her. Starting with the very first call until our call at the end of my case, the kindness and compassion stayed the same. She kept me notified about every detail of my case, good ,bad etc. She calmed my nerves (alot :-) and helped me see the bigger picture. She constantly reminded me of how strong I am and to not give up. My attorney... I am not sure where to begin about him. Amazing is a great place to begin. Mr. Joe Griffith , is truly a Godsend. This gentleman was always so polite and sympathetic towards me . He would explain everything to me and make sure that I was taking care of myself, staying on top of my Dr. appointments and physical therapy. When it came time for my Deposition, Mr. Griffith and his litigation legal assistant Kate, took great care of me. Kate called the morning of for a pep talk and to help come my nerves and Mr. Griffith was a true gentleman and prepped me prior and helped calm my nerves by not leaving my side. As we moved towards the end ( with mediation) Mr. .Griffith was continuously by my side and fought for me. We eventually were able to agree on a settlement . I will forever be grateful for Mr. Joe Griffith and Kate , the love, compassion, empathy and hours dedicated to my case . Thank you just isn't enough.
