Mr. Pugh returned my phone call, inquiring about retaining his law firm to assist me with a legal matter in Ohio, in less than three hours after I'd placed my initial call to him. What was amazing about this, was that Mr. Pugh was phoning me from Ireland, while on his vacation. What a conscientious display of a strong standard of ethics-- to make the effort to determine if someone he'd never met, might be in genuine need of immediate legal assistance; all the while, nine time-zones away. I'd already retained another firm, but I was impressed with Mr. Pugh's action, and felt it deserved acknowledgement. Wish I could get my Business & Corporate attorney to return my phone calls in such a timely manner!!

Very nice gentleman and we only conversed through email. Don't talk to police and get an attorney is just information and I can learn from my cat. He meant well but that type of general information is one size fits all.

What you are getting here are professionals, who will take your case seriously. There are also two lawyers collaborating on each case, which was appealing to me. I had a troublesome tenant, who was causing me a lot of stress. A favorable solution would require some thoughtful legal work, and they put a lot of effort into a solution. We went to court very well equipped and were successful. Had we not been, I knew everything feasible had been done. A team that are enthusiastic, and interested in what they are doing. Billing was also detailed and well itemized.

Great attorney! Cares more about what the child needs than the parent. Never had an issue with returning messages or emails. Very fair with billing. Would highly recommend.
