Rick was fantastic. My emails / calls / texts were always answered promptly - I was never left in the dark about anything. Rick made me feel comfortable, and thoroughly explained each step along the way.

Rick Scott was my attorney. He helped me with everything I needed in my custody battle. He was honest and upfront (even if I didn't like it) at all times. Always let me know my options and what would serve best in the situation. Never did I have to ever wonder what was going on with my case. He kept me updated at all times. Not only was he my attorney I considered him a friend especially when my anxiety hit the roof! I couldn't of asked for someone better to be by my side helping with everything. Highly recommended!!

Rick Scott is not only the best attorney in town, he is the most compassionate. I have used his services OFTEN for the last two years. My custody battle has been a nightmare but Rick has made each court hearing, and everything in between, a lot easier. He is upfront and honest and willing to fight for exactly what you want, and nothing less. He always responds to my questions promptly, and calms my concerns. I don't wish divorce/ custody battles on anyone, but if you must go through it... USE RICK SCOTT!

Both Attorneys were honest and open to hearing the full story and quick with a course of remediation for the situation. Especially helpful for my daughter, working through a divorce, Rick Scott was compassionate and went the extra mile to reassure her feelings and ensure that she understood what to expect in court. Do to the somewhat contentious nature of the divorcing party, Rick was quick to stop the behavior and to redirect the flow of the procedings. Great experience !!

Rick Scott has represented me for the last 3 years during post decree arguments. He is tenacious and responds to my emails timely and efficiently. His years of experience and his efficiency in navigating the domestic court in Hamilton County have made this difficult time less stressful. I have recommended him to several other friends and would not hesitate to do refer him again. My wife and I have also used his partner Brad Fox to defend against false allegations during the same litigation. Brad was very knowledgeable and efficient as well. I had to accept an undesired divorce. However, I was fortunate to meet and hire Rick Scott as my attorney. When I first met with him he allowed me to vent, cry and express all of my feelings. At the end of the initial conference he would not accept my retainer, but assured me he was my attorney. He said "go try to save your marriage, I am here if and when you need me." Over the next eight months he would converse with me, advise me and listen to my concerns and desperation to salvage a marriage that my wife had checked out of. Since paying me retainer Rick and Brandy have been superior with communications, documentations and billing. If I had a question, it was immediately addressed. When finances were tuff they have worked with me on an affordable payment plan and just asked that I keep in contact with them in reference to our agreed plan. The simplest way I can put it is, I know I am a client. However, Rick has made me feel like a friend. I know he is fighting for me and for what is best for my children. I trust him and could not imagine facing this and contending with my divorce without him. I also would like to mention Brad Fox, his partner while not my attorney has also taken the time to answer my questions, when I was in a panic mode and could not speak to Rick directly.
