Rick is the best attorney I’ve ever had. I’ve been through several and Rick was by far the best! He is so incredibly intelligent, quick witted on his feet, responsive, compassionate and strategic. He has helped me so much through my nasty divorce with an abusive narcissistic ex husband. He’s still helping me with ongoing battles and decree infractions. I feel like I truly have someone in my corner with Rick. He is worth every penny he earns and more!

Rick Scott and his staff were phenomenal. They made the divorce process easy to understand. The beginning of the process was very difficult for me. I was scared, anxious, angry etc. I went through all of the emotions. Mr. Scott was there for me. Whatever my needs were. Either setting up an emergency meeting or calling me when I thought the situation was urgent. He on countless occasions reassured me everything was going to be okay and eased my concerns. Toward the end of the process my ex-husband actually left his ridiculously expensive lawyer and finished with mine. It could have been ugly but Rick helped us through this tough time as painless as possible and we divorced on good terms. I would 100% recommend this Firm!!

Brad and Rick were extremely responsive to my phone calls, texts, and emails during a volatile and ongoing situation. Their council and concern for our particular situation was comforting (knowing that you had someone so determined and knowledgeable in your corner). Being able to put complete trust in the one representing you and the knowledge that they are fighting for you with everything they have are not qualities I have always found with other lawyers; I did find it with Rick and Brad at Fox Scott Law! We would recommend them without any hesitation.

I used Mr. Scott for my child support hearing. I met with him for the first time and I said this is the guy for me. He is a straight shooter and tells you how it is. He informed me of each step as everything unfolded. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His assistant was very helpful as well. They are a great team and I was very pleased.

Having to get an attorney means you are usually going through a difficult time. Rick Scott knows how to ease your anxiety and win cases legally. I have been with Rick Scott since my divorce began in 2007. He not only is very familiar with the laws in family court, he gives you reassurance to not worry and let him take care of everything. And he does an excellent job at it. He has fought and always willing to fight for more cases that have even come up since. On top of everything I worried about becoming a single mom and finances and he made a way to for it all to be affordable to me and my situation. I highly recommend Rick Scott and his practice. I know I'll definitely continue to use him.

I have work with Rick several times. I've worked with him for both criminal and family law cases. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He always showed up for court and was on time. He kept me informed on any changes and updates and was VERY responsive to my questions. He made the whole process much easier when it came to all the dificulties my ex was causing.
