Martin Summe is a great person and an excellent Attorney. I was in my 1st car accident that resulted in a personnel injury and needed help settling with the other side. Martin worked years on my case- and over the course of the time period always responded to my calls/questions, and had follow ups with me to get the case moving in the right direction. He made me feel comfortable about the whole process and is probably one of the hardest working people I have ever met- he is beyond intelligent and will work endlessly for his clients.

Martin S. Summe is dependable and hardworking. I was referred to him by his brother and law partner, Nicholas Summe, for my criminal and traffic charges that occurred in March 2019. Martin kept me up to breadth at every point of the process--he even filed motions on my behalf while out of town. When your back is against the wall, you surely want Martin in your corner. His tenacity and realism helped beat my OVI refusal charge, lift my Administrative License Suspension (fees waived too, by the way), and get the arrest and charge expunged. I will forever be indebted to him. Without the Summes, my life would have not been able to be restored to what I know as "normal". I will surely use Martin for any legal issues I may encounter in the future as well as gladly refer Kentucky and Ohio potential clients to him.

Where do I start....Mr. Summe is for lack of a better word EXCELLENT. He worked fast, did exactly what he said he was going to do and thanks to him I can now move past a mistake and drive again. I had a ticket/suspended license...just a mess. Not being able to drive with 3 children and a job is very hard so I'm beyond grateful to him for giving me that part of my life back so swiftly. I was driving through an intersection when somebody ran the red light while talking on their cell phone. They T boned me and totaled my car. When I got out of the hospital, I was very worried about my neck pain and even the medical expenses that I were mounting up. The first thing the insurance company for the lady who hit me did was offer me $1000 to settle my case. I did not know what to do. I came to Mr. Summe and he took over my case. My neck injury took 8 months to get better. During this time, Mr. Summe dealt with the insurance company and allowed me to focus on getting better. He also helped keep my medical expenses at bay while my case was pending. He was always available to talk with me and answer any questions that I had. In the end, he was able to settle my case for far more than they originally offered and got my medical expenses taken care of. I highly recommend Mr. Summe. Mr. Summe helped me thru a rut I was in. I have never been to court, seen a court, or had to pay a ticket until now and Martin helped. He took time out of his own schedule to go to the court and beg for another court date, due to my own negligence. Since I missed my previous ones.
