Excellent lawyer.!! Always answered my calls and texts - case was dismissed at the preliminary hearing which they say never happens!!

This clown's name discribes him perfectly! I was falsley accused by the Florence Police of a crime I didn't commit. I consulted with Mr. Dickman in detail, maintained my innocence, and informed him I would consider a plea agreement only if it didn't involve a jail sentence. If not I would only be willing to take the case to trial rather than plead guilty to a crime I didn't commit. I also informed him I would be more than willing to pay the additional fees to represent me at trial. He said he thought I had a good shot so I paid the retainer. After 3 months of handling the case and several court dates Mr. Dickman changed his position and said he only felt I had a 10 percent chance of winning at trial. During this time he sent me several unprofessional emails and phone calls where he screamed, used profanity, and attempted to pressure me into admitting guilt for a crime I didn't commit. I finally fired Mr. Dickman and hired an attorney from another county that got the case dismissed. This guy is worse than a used car salesman that bait and switches you after he takes your money. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration before you get had by Dickman!

I would recommend Paul Dickman to anyone in this area. Very down to earth and knows his stuff. He kept the communicatiom open and gets right back to you. He was able to get The Best deal for my situation and im very glad he took my case. I dont plan on getting into anymore trouble, but if i do without a doubt i will be calling Paul. Also his assistant or maybe paralegal at the front desk was very nice and hospitable. Thanks for all your help.
