Adam Russell has been gracious, kind & very helpful after my accident. I felt like he has had my best interest this whole stressful year since my accident. He helped me prove it wasn’t my fault, which is satisfying in an event you get hurt & so does your child. He doesn’t talk lawyer language - he talks to me so I can understand and not feel stupid! I reached out to Russell & Ireland for a case that was 5 years old, because I had move from Kentucky and was not able to appear in person. I felt overwhelmed, and was a-little nervous but Adam put me at ease and explained how we would proceed. He was incredibly professional, and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. They resolved my case resolved within 2-3 weeks of my hiring them. Not only did Adam quickly resolve this case, but I ended up with fines that were MUCH less than we expected. It was great! I would highly recommend them, and would absolutely work with them again.

When the bailiff calls you forward to the bench for your turn before the judge, about a million things come racing around in your mind & you are nervous as hell! Before I was even seated, the judge said, “ hello Mr. Ireland, it’s very nice to see you again! Is Mr. Bier your client today?” At that moment there is nothing else you want to hear and instantly all of that nervousness melted away like butter in a frying pan! You really should have seen the reaction of my ex- it was game, set, match!! Joseph is a very empathetic lawyer who listens very well to you & he gives excellent advice during the court proceedings! If your getting divorced or you have a day in family court, Mr. Joseph Ireland is worth every nickel! Kristen Russell was our attorney for our sons adoption and was an absolute God send. She was extremely efficient about the entire process from being speedy with getting all of the correct paperwork inline and processed, to being an amazing advocate for us and our son with the courts.
