I followed Mr. Dickman with great respect as he represented a family member of mine in legal matter. He doggedly stayed on the case for nearly a year with repeated court dates out of town. He did not stop until a favorable outcome was reached in our eyes. He approached his task with the determination that one can only hope to find when legal counsel is required. I had just about completely given up on the Justice system in Northern Kentucky when I finally met Nick Summe. I had already made peace with myself and my wife that I was going to lose my case and lose my life as I knew it, even though I understood deep in my heart that I was the victim in this case and not guilty of anything other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Nick was extremely professional on the phone, in meetings, in person and of course in the courtroom (except on the day that we won and then he let loose a little!) The communication was always clear and he spent as much time with myself and my wife and I as we wanted. I never felt rushed and I always felt that I was the most important person in Nick's life.
