Phil is very knowledgeable and based off of my experience I believe he truly has a passion for his profession as well as compassion and understanding for his clients and each unique situation. I was dealing with a horrible scenario and Phill took the time to offer assistance during non traditional working hours and even after I told him we were seeking other options for representation he continued to follow through on his word in assisting me with navigating obtaining representation between states for a friend. In speaking with Phill he took the time to throughly explain the court system and how it differed from our home state. He explained in detail possible outcomes and scenarios while being empathetic. He was not a fast talking lawyer who only wanted payment and to be retained. Phil demonstrated compassion and I could tell he was genuinely willing to help navigate this difficult time. The final decision for representation was not left up to me but had it been I would have retained Taliaferro Law, it not very often you encounter lawyers who are genuinely there to help and not just looking for a pay out. I spoke to many different lawyers and Phil was the only one who took the time to actually talk to me and not at me or dismissively.

Phil had my charges dismissed after missing my court date the day prior and adding myself onto the docket. In fact he had me sign the CATS program paper and had an agreement made with the prosecutor before he even had a chance to get on the stand. Turned a huge headache into essentially nothing after 12 hours.

Phil was very helpful and willing to help. Went above and beyond for just me calling for consultation. Definitely will do business with in future. Gave a great first time impression

Make no mistake you will not regret hiring Phil. He is very passionate about what he does and he really does care about his clients. He took a personal interest in making sure that I was taken care of, and selflessly sacrificed his personal time when I know any other lawyer would not of. He went the extra mile on several occasions showed composure, professionalism, and compassion every step of the way. If I could give him 6 stars I certainly would! I can't say enough good things. Phil is your guy!

He is such a wonderful caring person and really puts his all into his work. He will do absolutely anything he possibly can to make his clients comfortable and taken care of. Very knowledgeable and understanding of the process. I personally had a great experience with him and anyone who chooses to go elsewhere is mad.

Philip represents my fiancé and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision. He has been by my fiancés side no matter what but also an awesome support system for myself as I go through this process with my fiancé. Families struggle just as much as the person being represented especially emotionally. The process feels crippling at times.
