Phillip is a hard working, honest, and no nonsense lawyer. I found him on Google for an individual that works for me after helping sift through many attorneys that were charging outrageous fees for a relatively simple matter. He helped expedite the issue and was transparent the entire time. I have dealt with many attorneys over my lifetime and I would really recommend him.

I found myself in a pretty stressful situation and called Phil. He picked up and listened to my problem and met with me right away. He was always good about responding and getting back to me about any question or advice. In one incident, due to my lack of paying attention I had court fees that were unpaid. I was taken to jail on one of our court dates for a separate past incident, which was unexpected and he helped get me out right away, so I wasn’t stuck there waiting for family to answer me. I feel he cares about the people he represents and will go above and beyond presenting humility and compassion for them. All and all I feel I at least had a good outcome with a dismissal for my case which is what I wanted. I now have a good lawyer to call in case I end up in any unexpected undesirable situations again but hopefully not ever again. Thank you😊

——LOVES VETERAN’S—— I’m a 13 year veteran, and was facing a possession charge which is a felony with 1 year in jail. I was losing my mind and sanity over this ordeal and was being turned away from almost every lawyer I talked too. Until I found Mr. Taliaferro. With his remarkable knowledge and professionalism, he was able to get my charge reduced to just a paraphernalia charge which is only a misdemeanor. Mr. Taliaferro went above and beyond the call of duty and paid to have my truck taken out of the impound yard!!! This is unheard of!!
