Joseph provided exceptional legal advice regarding a non-competition agreement I encountered with my consulting firm. He reviewed a specific clause in my employment agreement that I was led to believe prevents me from taking a job at one of my former clients. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on the subject, and provided an interpretation of the language in the agreement that was overall very favorable and supportive. Before speaking with Joseph, I was under the impression I may need to quit my job in order to be eligible for the new position with my former client. Now I am much more confident there are other options I can explore before leaving my firm. His advice has saved me 2 years of uncertainty during the waiting period that is called for in my agreement.
